The Endsville Exchange
A Grand-Exchange-style order book in the Ledger hall of Endsville City. Post a BUY or SELL offer (item, quantity, price each). Offers match by price and time and trade at the resting order's price, so a buyer who offered more than the best ask gets the difference back. Gems for a buy and items for a sell are held until the offer fills; what an offer earns waits in its COLLECT box at the station. Hall fee 2% on sales. 8 open offers per player. The clerks (CLERK DEBIT, CLERK CREDIT, BROKER QUAY, HEAD CLERK TALLOW, TALLYMAN BARGE) post their own lots every 5 minutes - they sell dear and buy cheap, and their lots expire after an hour.
